Sleepezze Manufacturing Warranty Policy
Warranty Coverage
Sleepezze mattresses come with a comprehensive warranty that covers manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship. This warranty is valid from the date of purchase and applies to the original purchaser only. The warranty period varies for each mattress model based on customisations and specifications. Only Valid for High End Mattresses.
What is Covered
- Defects in Materials: Physical flaws in the mattress causing foam or spring components to split or crack despite normal usage and proper handling.
- Workmanship Defects: Manufacturing defects in the mattress cover, including stitching and zipper faults.
- Sagging and Indentations: Sagging greater than 1.5 inches not caused by an improper foundation or bed base.
What is Not Covered
- Normal Wear and Tear: Gradual wear over time, including softening of foam and slight sagging.
- Physical Damage: Damage caused by improper use, including cuts, burns, and stains.
- Comfort Preferences: Preferences for firmness or comfort level adjustments.
- Improper Use: Issues arising from using an improper bed base or foundation.
- Transportation Costs: Costs associated with transporting the mattress for inspection or replacement.
Tiered Warranty Coverage
For all Sleepezze mattresses, the warranty follows a tiered coverage system. The customer’s contribution towards repair or replacement costs increases over time as follows:
- First Year of Warranty Period: Sleepezze will provide complete repair for any defects or significant sagging.
- Next 20% of Warranty Period: The customer will bear 25% of the replacement or repair costs.
- Next 20% of Warranty Period: The customer will bear 50% of the replacement or repair costs.
- Final 20% of Warranty Period: The customer will bear 75% of the replacement or repair costs.
Warranty Claim Process
To make a warranty claim, follow these steps:
- Proof of Purchase: Provide the original purchase receipt/invoice or proof of purchase.
- Description of Issue: Provide a detailed description of the defect and how it occurred.
- Photographic Evidence: Include photographs of the defect and the entire mattress.

Warranty Remedies
Upon verification of the defect, Sleepezze will, at its discretion:
- Repair the Mattress: Provide necessary repairs to fix the defect.
- Replace the Mattress: Replace the defective mattress with a new one of the same model and size. If the model is discontinued, it will be replaced with a comparable model.
Post-Warranty Service
If the warranty period has expired and a customer wants to claim a repair or replacement, the customer will bear 100% of the costs associated with the service.
